Look for the upcoming Rik Cordero directed sports documentary, “The World Is Watching”, about prominent teenage athletes competing in a New York City Basketball tournament called Battle of the Boroughs. The film revolves around the best up and coming basketball players in New York City who must live up to the expectations of their coaches, their families and their boroughs. It is produced by Nike and is narrated by legendary New York City filmmaker Spike Lee. “The World Is Watching” will make its premiere at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival.
